The Full Story

Let’s be real, life throws curveballs. Work piles up, stress runs high, and sometimes it feels like we’re just trying to make it through the week without completely losing it. Been there.
 
Mindfit was born from that very space, the real, messy, beautiful chaos of life and career. After nearly two decades climbing the corporate ladder (and riding the rollercoaster that came with it), I faced some serious life challenges,  including a fight with cancer. What got me through? Not just grit, but mindset. I didn’t know it at the time, but I was building my mental fitness, and it changed everything.
 
I started noticing something: while I found ways to cope and rise, so many around me were silently struggling. Burnout, emotional overwhelm, zero work-life boundaries,  all too common. That sparked something in me.
 
So, I got qualified. As a counsellor, a coach, an NLP practitioner. I dug deep into the science of the mind and the art of resilience. And then, I built MindFit,  a mental fitness programme designed to help people not just survive but thrive.
